Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates start once your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping times may be extended by 1–3 days.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can also track your order directly through your LeafStory account dashboard or via the carrier’s tracking page.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in filing a carrier claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.
